I had a great experience with Dr. Martin and her team. Dr. Martin was incredibly thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Alex was also wonderful — calm, reassuring, and very understanding of my anxiety about the upcoming treatment. Their supportive approach made a huge difference. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism from both of them. Highly recommend!
I never got a chance to meet Dr. Denise Martin. My appointment was at 2pm I arrived at 1:45 offices was locked until 2. I was the 3rd patient through the door . I didn’t receive any new patient paperwork until 2:40. I had to ask for it , after I turned the paperwork in i over heard the front desk laughing saying how I picked the wrong day to come. I completed the paperwork and just sat. Ppl were coming out asking me you still here🤦🏽♀️smh because they were leaving. I was seated in the dental chair about 3:05 it was 3:45 when i exited the establishment. 15 mins from being there 2hrs and not seeing nobody.I don’t like when providers over book . It’s inconsiderate and disrespect to the patients time. I originally chose this places because the reviews were excellent. I don’t believe them now or maybe this was just my experience.
My surgery went well. I was in good hands. The nurse was on point he ask questions and made sure I understood everything. The Doctor was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Her attitude was perfect. They both did a great job taken good care of me. The nervous left when you knew they cared .
Amazingly competent! No wait! Friendly, Professional! Has a plan for your treatment and implements it in coordination with the patient. Explains everything step by step! Dr. Mustiful Martin performed my first periodontal graft procedure over 20 years ago and it remains world class today! Her staff is awesome, both on the phone and in person! I recommend her wholeheartedly!
The front desk staff was friendly and outgoing. The medical assistant was reassuring and comfortable to work with. Dr. Martin is wonderful in her patience and understanding of patient care. I love going to see her on all my appointments.
