I used to love Dr. Dental. I liked one of the dental assistants, she was the best ever. The sweetest lady and she changed my experience with xrays, she was fast but also took the time to interact with myself and my husband, very pleasant. Good job Dr. Dental staff... Updated on 8/8/20. Good doctors and caring staff don't stay too long in this place. It took a few phone calls and receptionist leaving on hold for more than 30 minutes, finally get the appointment (it was scheduled a year ago, but oh well!), received a reminder, and showed up to my appointment only to find out that my appointment wasn't booked, just my husbands. I used to love this place, can't believe how they treat the customers now. I'm all set, Dr. Dental and I will find a new place to get my dental care.
From the first contact over the phone I felt relieved that they could see me the next morning after a weekend of extreme pain. When I arrived on Tuesday morning they were very nice and polite. They moved me into a room. The Dr was very attentive and listened to what brought me in. After looking in my mouth we came up with a plan. Absolutely an excellent practice.
I have had an amazing experience with this dentist office getting my dentures! Everyone is so amazing and friendly. Marisa was the technician who assisted all my appts and she has been so amazing! She is such a sweet person and she made me feel so comfortable with every single visit. Thank you for being so great to me I appreciate it.
My experience at Dr. dental exceeded my expectations completely. Not only did my teeth get fixed beautifully in a timely manner, but the workers there made me feel like I was at home. Most people strongly dislike coming to the dentist but in my case I can’t wait to come back! Vanessa, at the front desk is amazing, she had everything ready for me to go before I even walked in. She was very kind and professional, you can really tell she knows what she’s doing which says a lot about the company. Corey, my dental assistant was so sweet and caring. She took care of me because she knew I was nervous to get my tooth fixed. I honestly couldn’t thank her enough for making me feel so comfortable. Lastly, Dr. petal was amazing I highly suggest him and I can’t wait to come back, it was my first visit there and now he is my new dentist!! I can’t thank Dr. a dental enough for making me feel confident in my smile again.
The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because of the wait time. Otherwise, they are the best dental place I’ve ever been to as far as completely cleaning my teeth, friendliness, professionalism, and making sure all of your needs are met. I love that the doctor himself comes in to clean my teeth thoroughly and the hygienists are always so fun and great to talk to. A very personable staff and always giving the best advice. Definitely will keep coming back.
