I had as great of an experience as you can have getting some teeth extracted. Dr. Paulson was great to talk with and very knowledgeable and professional. Lisa is extraordinary-very knowledgeable and kind. I flew in from out of town and am so glad they had a cancellation.
I strongly recommend Dr. Paulson. He made my oral surgery a breeze. The procedure went exactly as planned with all questions and concerns expertly answered from the staff. As a bonus, he’s an incredible gentleman to speak with. The staff were great. Overall super positive experience.
I had 2 painfully-deteriorated molars extracted by Dr. Paulson, and I am VERY pleased with the results. His office is staffed with people who are both warm and professional, and who took excellent care of me. The doctor himself was a delight: a man totally committed to his work, highly knowledgeable, and a pleasant conversationalist to boot; a rare combination! He took extra steps and used cutting-edge methods to ensure my healing process would be as smooth and fast as possible (which it was, in the end). During the operation itself, he took care to ensure that he didn't cause me any pain whatsoever, routinely checking with me while under local anesthetic to see if I was in any discomfort. He even had a trick to make the initial injections less painful. I was given thorough and detailed aftercare instructions that proved useful. I felt supported and welcomed.
Dr Paulson AND his staff are absolutely AMAZING! I had to get a tooth pulled last week and they were very informative about the after care and the entire process. I will continue to see Paulson for any future oral surgery needs.
My wife saw Dr. Paulson for an extraction. Dr. Paulson employed cutting edge techniques and provided us with a comprehensive, yet easy to follow after-care plan. I don't think you could ever classify oral surgery as 'cheap', but we found the appointment to be affordable, considering the work that was done. He will be our go-to for oral surgery work, for as long as he practices in Juneau!
