During my appointment, they were thorough and professional, taking the time to explain each step of the procedure and answer all my questions. Dr. Mizukawa billed me initially for two doses of anesthesia, assuming it would take that long, but when my son's wisdom teeth came out faster than he anticipated, he refunded me the second portion of the bill. I trust this office and feel grateful for them being honest and doing the extra work to refund me. I would 100% recommend this office.
They were amazing. Got my son in last minute for wisdom teeth removal. Surgery was quick and my son has healed nicely. The Dr Nielson also called to check on him and answer any questions we had. Highly recommend.
