I rarely leave reviews, however, the consultation and billing office experience has been absolutely horrendous. I took my child to have a consultation about an inverted tooth that needs to be removed. When Dr. Arquitt came in the room, he came in very abruptly with very little introduction or explanation of who he was. My child was already nervous, and the poor bedside manner made things worse. I explained my kiddo was nervous already, and he seemed entirely unphased by her fear, and proceeded to exam her mouth aggressively lacking the ability to be gentle it appeared. After the very aggressive and quick exam, he also abruptly left the office leaving little room for questions. After the consultation, I received a phone call from their billing office to provide a quote. During this conversation, the quote kept changing. The woman provided multiple quotes (which kept increasing). I questioned the accuracy of what she was quoting and the woman became frustrated, at which point I explained I needed clarification about the cost of the procedure and it seemed they didn't know what the cost was because the information kept changing. I was in the middle of a meeting and told her I would need to call her back when I have time to work out the figures with her. Upon calling them back I found out, the woman notated the account that the provider would not see my child because "Mom was not happy with the estimate". Although, I never really got an estimate. This is incredibly alarming. If the provider performs the initial exam so rough, I cannot imagine how he would perform a surgery. Aside from that, you apparently will not know what you will have to pay either, because they refuse to be transparent about the cost, and if you seek clarification, they simply "blacklist" you. I am grateful for this experience given I am fully aware of what terrible care my child would have been under, and gives us the opportunity to find a QUALITY provider who has my child's best interest at heart and not their pocketbook.

My husband goes to Cline dentistry’s because of his insurance. However, when he went in to get his x rays done they found out he had an abscess wisdom tooth that they couldn’t pull. So they referred us to OMS. OMS fit us in the same day. Dr. Gibson was great. He numb him up and pulled out that tooth without a hitch. My husband said he felt no pain. I would recommend this place to everyone. The staff is friendly and patient.

I went to have all 4 of my wisdom removed. I am older and was absolutely terrified to have this done. Dr. Mcnaught and his nurse were wonderful. Very kind and compassionate. His nurse was able to start my IV with one stick. I am usually a very hard stick. I barely felt the IV go in. She was wonderful. I did not have any issues recovering. Very little pain. I was able to take ibuprofen for what little pain I did have. The front desk ladies are on the hateful side, financial person was really nice. Explained everything to me in detail. I highly recommend OMS.
