I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience, from walking in the door to my treatment. The staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Dr. Ogletree was great, explaining my treatment options with a calmness that put me at ease. He explained everything step by step. His assistant is very nice as well and makes sure that you're comfortable. Finally, Wendy is the absolute best. I love this staff for the great services that they provide to the community. This is the best dental experience I've ever had, and I feel confident recommending them to anyone seeking high-quality, comfortable dental care.
They don't pick up the phone, can't get anyone to return my calls after leaving a voicemail.
I would like to express my dissatisfaction and the disrespectful service I received from your front desk representative (Wendy)during my recent visit. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the unprofessional demeanor of the representative. Her attitude was rude, threatening, and dismissive, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I believe that every guest deserves respectful treatment, regardless of the circumstances. Additionally, I felt that the representative's behavior violated standard hospitality practices. It is vital for front desk staff to maintain professionalism and provide a welcoming environment for all guests. I hope you (Dr.Ogletree) will address this matter to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
Dr. Ogletree is so compassionate and cares about his patients. He is so gentle. You can't tell he's giving you a shot. He communicates with you. The staff are awesome. I always look forward going to my appointments. Dr. Ogletree is very honest when it comes to your teeth. I trust him and recommend him to anyone. He's a good dentist and a very nice person. He has given me a beautiful smile.I thought I would never see again. I'm so blessed to be his patient. My husband and daughter are patients too. There's not enough words to describe Dr.Ogletree.
Very friendly staff that response to your needs almost immediately. Very professional and friendly Dr Ogletree was very kind and explained exactly what he was doing and then after the exam he explained what needs to be done he was concerned with my insurance covering what needed to be done. Most times the doctors don't care where the money comes from so, they just want their share. I'll be returning to the doctor for more extensive work and I will feel very comfortable in doing so.
