Dr. J Robert Friedberg is an exceptional periodontist. Sandra is friendly and explained the process clearly. Staff members are kind and responsive. I would recommend the doctor 10/10.
Where do I even begin? Today I had a deep cleaning after 8 years of not seeing a dentist and it was a pleasant experience, didn't even take more than 30 minutes. Of course. I was nervous initially but when it started it was very pleasant. Didn't even need a needle because the numbing gel was so strong and instead of pain all I felt was relief as the plaque and tartar buildup was being removed. Seriously I can't put into words how good my mouth feels right now. The only soreness is from my back teeth (molars) as they were the ones with the most buildup but it's a pleasant soreness. All in all, I highly recommend this place ESPECIALLY for fellow Veterans. I'm glad I finally started to take my dental health seriously because the before and after is striking.
Dr. Friedberg's professionalism and expertise made me feel confident and well-cared for. Thank you for your clear explanation regarding my gum and tooth issues. I want to personally thank Dr.Friedberg because I have never been cared for the way they cared for me. From the moment I sat in the chair, I could feel their compassion. It wasn’t just about treating my Tooth it was about treating me with kindness, patience, and respect. Dr.Friedberg & his assistants made sure I felt safe and understood every step of the way. They checked in on me constantly, explained everything in detail, and gave me a level of comfort. What touched me the most is that it never felt rushed or routine. Dr.Friedberg truly went above and beyond to make sure I was okay, and that’s something I’ll never forget. Great office! If you are looking for a periodontist who knows his stuff, you’ve found it. Took great care to talk and explain the procedure needed and his office staff is kind and patient.
