I don’t even want to give them a whole star because I am very upset and disappointed with this place. I paid $1600 for one set of dentures bottom set of teeth not even the top just the bottom and within six months they broke!! I cannot believe it I I maybe could understand if I dropped them which I had not, but I was chewing eating my food when they broke in two! Went down to get them fixed and she told me it would be $200 which was bs! Anyway, I paid for that out of my own pocket which I don’t think I should have too!’ Then within 2 more month they broke again!! Now I got a letter in the mail and they charge me $800!! I’m In disbelief!! for what? Yall haven’t done anything! I never received any new dentures from them! . Do not go to him !! Horrible work!! Whatever lab thru are using to make the dentures should be shut down! This is ridiculous ridiculous!! I actually ended up going to Mitchell dental clinic in Flowood, Mississippi, and getting a bottom set of new dentures and I am totally satisfied with them. They did an excellent job. I’m actually dropped these a couple times and they have not broke! Jay Mesels office is a damn joke! I would not take my dog to them to get his teeth fixed! Everyone in Vicksburg and everywhere else do not go to this dentist! If u do you better Make sure you have a warranty on your dentures, cause you’re gonna need it! And the fact that they think that I would go back there after spending $1600 and my dentures breaking after only having them for six months is even crazier!
Dr. Measells performed repairs to several of my teeth on February 8, 2016. I was delighted with the results. He and his staff are true professionals, though they treat you like family. I could not be more pleased with my experience with him and his team.
This office is the best! Dr. Measells and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I have had bad experiences in the past and they made me feel more than welcome! I needed emergency work and he worked me in his schedule. Very professional!! I am a new patient and I highly recommend him!
Told me they accepted my insurance so they did the work, even provided me with a detailed breakdown of what my copay would be, and then the next day the office calls me to tell me they don't actually take my insurance and I owe them almost $400. The staff did not want to help me nor were they sympathetic even though THEY were the ones who screwed me over. I would avoid and I have told all of my coworkers to avoid this place and to tell their friends. Further update: They have since publicly lied to me and accused me of also lying. Do you want to go to a dentist who lies?
The secretary told me they accepted my insurance so they did the work. Very good work and nice people. At the end they told me that I needed to pay around $600. The staff did not want to help me at all. Just double check if your insurance covers first.
