I had a great experience at Dental Implants and Oral Surgery Specialists of Iowa! I am not a fan of the dentist whatsoever but the people here made the whole process seamless and painless. The nurse Cindi and the assistant Katie were very fun and made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Morio was a professional. Then I took a nap and woke up not even knowing what happened, all I know is that the job was done and done well.
Tooth extraction is never fun, but the entire office made sure that was the only part of it that wasn’t fun. All the legwork with referral from my dentist, to the insurance dealing…all handled by the time of my appointment. Every step is taken to make sure that there are no concerns, and they even make sure to explain the typical recovery, and urge you to get in contact with them if there are any concerns after the fact.
Everything was professional, Everything was surgically clean, and best of all, my tooth was out before I knew it, with no pain. I was totally surprised to get a follow up call from doc Morgan the next day to make sure there was no problems. So, I would say he is a 10 star.
Dr Morgan is very compassionate about your health he truly cares about his patients. He explains the procedures asks periodically making sure you're doing ok while giving the best quality care. Dr. Morgan is highly intelligent a great surgeon and a wonderful human. The staff is amazing in helping assist with scheduling and any follow-ups needed. Staff and Medical Staff gives you a warm welcoming upon arrival and making sure your doing ok while walking you back up front. I highly recommend this practice. Rest assured your in good hands with the best Medical Team and Surgeons.
Great experience with Dan’s tooth extraction. I appreciated that staff allowed me to go to the room to transfer from his wheelchair safely. All staff I encountered were friendly and explained the process. I strongly recommend this practice for you dental needs.
