The procedure was great and quick. Do not use this place though because they overage you when you prepay. Then, it’s pulling your own teeth to get the difference back. It’s been months of calling and the business office supposed to contact me. They still haven’t done so. They sent my friend to collections this summer when they had already made her pre-pay! She had to show up to get them to do anything about it! I am so tired of the runaround from this company!
I went to Dr. Tingey today to have a tooth extracted and an implant placed the same day. During my prior consultation, he and his assistant Jessica fully explained the procedure along with pictures. The procedure took under an hour and was painless. Dr. Tingey, Jessica, and another assistant Tyler were efficient, empathetic, and considerate throughout the process. Jessica was an expert at distracting me during shots and supporting my chin when needed. Dr. Tingey encouraged me to call with any follow-up questions and even called me this evening to check up on my status, which is great! Thank you very much to this team for changing and improving my dental health!
I have not been a patient myself, but my nephew had an injury to the face. On doctor attempted to correct it. My nephew had several complaints and Dr.Tingey was the only person that listened to his concerns. The Dr. Is doing correction to my nephew face/jaw and I pray all goes well. I just want to say thank you Dr. Tingey for listening. Caring. And correcting the issue.
