The young ladies at Dr. Damron’s office should absolutely train every other office (no matter the specialty) in Savannah how it’s done. They are kind, professional, quick and thorough. I had a disaster experience at a pediatric dentist, where my son was to have a procedure completed & I found out it was cancelled the day before the procedure was to be completed. I continued to advocate for my son who has sickle cell disease & received a referral to Dr. Damron’s office. The young ladies apologized for the situation they didn’t even cause and literally connected me with Dr. Pesto who completed my son’s surgery in less than 24 hours from that exact time. The kindness that they presented literally was insurmountable. I don’t think I’ve been treated that kindly by ANY office staff. I am beyond grateful for each one of them. The office manager wasn’t even supposed to be in office that day and she made sure the connect with all of the necessary parties to make sure the process was seamless and when I arrived at Dr. Pesto’s office. I would recommend both of these doctors to anyone! Thank you all for your help. We appreciate you.
