I had an appointment with Dr. Justin Bonner today, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, he was kind, professional, and incredibly reassuring. Dr. Bonner took the time to carefully examine the issue and explain everything in a calm, clear way. He never made me feel rushed, and he answered my questions with patience and compassion. When you’re worried about something medical—especially something involving surgery—it means a lot to have a doctor who treats you with that level of respect and care. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants them to feel comfortable and informed. His bedside manner is excellent, and I left feeling much more at ease than when I arrived. If you’re looking for an oral surgeon who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional, I highly recommend Dr. Bonner.
Bonner, this man is in high demand because he is amazing at what he does. Both my husband and I both were complex cases. We live in Abilene TX, but we make the trip to Lubbock because Bonner was highly recommended by someone we trust. Where do I start? Well firstly, he removed a MASSIVE mass from out of my maxillary sinus. He is a maxofacial surgeon so I felt he was more experienced in this area than an ENT. It required a fairly large bony to be removed from my facial bone, and my sinus to be perforated to access it. I felt hardly ANY pain after the procedure. Everything healed beautifully, and it literally changed my life. I can breathe out of that side. My chronic sinusitis went away. Migraines on that side, gone!!! My sense of smell and airflow is like supersonic now. I honestly had no idea how much that mass in my sinus was affecting the quality of my life. Oh, my husband also says I snore less now as well. Ha! Bonner also did two implants. One required a sinus lift which he did on a seperate visit beforehand. Once again, I experienced hardly any pain after these procedures. All of my and my husbands procedures went great. The staff has always worked with us and our schedules. They are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Bonner and staff, thank you so much for everything you guys do. You guys ROCK!!!
Very nice Dental surgeons office. The nurse was very friendly. She was very willing to help. Dr Bonner was very informative. He explained the dental surgery I am facing in great detail. I felt very comfortable in their office. My general dentist highly recommended Dr Bonner and I am glad he did.
Dr. Bonner was awesome as a Doctor and a person. He explained everything in terms I could understand. He made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. He has a great sense of humor. His assistants were kind and caring. The staff was so helpful to anything I need.
Dr. Bonner and his staff are extremely kind and caring. They went above and beyond to easy my daughter’s pain after her wisdom teeth removal. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
