I had a severe tooth infection and Dr. Bacsik went above and beyond to make sure I received the care I needed. She got me in quickly and took the time to ensure I was properly referred for the appropriate treatment. I truly appreciated her urgency, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being!
They are a great bunch of people! Treated me with so much kindness and compassion! If you are looking for a new dentist you will find it with Dr basick and her team! Thank you for all you did for me and all your kindness…. A million stars! I needed emergency work done and she had already spoken with the oral surgeon before we even spoke. They (Oral Surgeon) got me in the next day! Finally pain relief!!!
Loved this office at first until I had a toothache. Told me there was nothing on the xray. Would do nothing to help me. Called again was told by dental assistant if I had taken care of a prior issue that I wouldn't be having this problem.. despite it being on a totally different side. (The prior issue was not fixed due to a heart issue I have and oral surgeon needing me to go to the O/R which they were having difficulty getting insurance to approve). Primary care doctor finally helped me and was able to see a wonderful dentist in Rochester on an emergency visit who confirmed toothache and infection. Thought I had found my forever dentist originally but boy was I wrong. Then she sent a letter in the mail "firing me" as a patient. She did me the best favor that day! All I can say is KARMA is real! Hope she never needs someone's help like I needed that day! Never have written a negative review in my life. This happened over a year ago .. wasn't going to ever say anything but sometimes others just need to know!
Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Bacsik and her team are very friendly and great at their jobs! Would highly recommend her for all your basic dental needs!
I had a piece of tooth split off over the weekend. Stopped in Dr. Bacsik's office to get an appointment set up. She was able to see me right away. Then set up a future appointment to fix my tooth. Very impressive! All staff are great to you when you stop in.
