I just had the most amazing medical experience ever in the USA! Dr. Kevin Sweeney was an absolute pro! He was professional, incredibly kind, and understanding throughout my entire ordeal in September 2023. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed, but the surgery was so easy and quick that I hardly even noticed it. And the nurses were simply the best! They answered all of my hundreds of questions with such patience and care. Dr. Kevin was a true master of his craft, and I could tell he truly loved his job. His love for what he does made me feel comfortable and calm throughout the entire process. I recommend Dr. Kevin Sweeney to anyone who needs a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients and follows the Hippocratic Oath. I wish him all the best and hope his influence grows and inspires other doctors to love their jobs and care for their patients just like he does! And again, thank you so much for your help for me in this challenging period in my life.
Traveling from out of state on vacation in August, with a tooth that broke off at the gum line, I found Dr. Sweeney’s staff willing to work me in to the schedule in a timely way. I found the staff delightful and Dr. Sweeney excellent beyond words! Their follow up was stellar—they called me three times to check on me. With their excellent advice, I did not develop a dry socket. Thank you very much!
Dr. Sweeney saved my life. I had a tumor he biopsies and didnt take no for an answer when it came to the result. After my son had had wisdom teeth removed and my mom had implants put in by this very Dr. Sweeney. He's honest, thorough, and funny. He truly care for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone who need an oral surgeon. Thanks again Dr sweeney.
(Implants + sinus lift.) Dr. Kevin Sweeney has got to be 🌟THE BEST🌟‼️ I’ve had multiple appts with him & he’s always consistently at the top of his game! He’s got excellent bedside manners no one could beat! He’s highly skilled, always clearly explains everything (thank you!) & is totally transparent about what he’s going to do. He’s kind & concerned for his patient’s welfare, is always chipper, upbeat, approachable, doesn’t put on airs whatsoever… His exemplary attitude ‘screams’ how much he loves what he does. Now, the staff - talk about ALL of them (incl Sweeney) being a WELL-OILED MACHINE (👈this term always comes to mind every time I have an appt!). Everything works like clockwork in this clinic. Super smooth operation. Staff all know their jobs well & do them fantastically. When entering the appt room & you’re about to ask some questions, they have anticipated such Qs beforehand & are already addressing them! (Haha, they’re mind readers, too!) And putting complete info & printed instructions in front of you right away. It’s a whirlwind of excellence in how they are so extraordinarily & thoroughly organized there! I tell ya, talk about a beautifully orchestrated clinic! Perfectly choreographed & well-rehearsed. I’ve never seen any place so ‘together’. It’s really impressive! On top of everything else, everyone who works there is genuinely friendly. Oh, and not to mention, the high tech equipment they have is quite the state of the art! No cutting of corners anywhere here. Honestly, I never can think of anything they could improve on or do differently to be any better. (Seriously, how often do you come upon THAT?) And, yes, like others have said in their reviews, after surgery you’ll receive a call later in the day to see how you’re doing & to ck if you have any Qs. Dr. Sweeney actually called at 7:30 pm! (What a lonnng day working for him!) Surgery & post-op each time was a breeze for me & I never had any pain or concerning issues, even tho my case wasn’t ‘run of the mill’. You know they’re superb when you have an opp & are excited to be able to recommend Dr.Sweeney & this clinic to anyone! Gee, do you think I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Sweeney & the NW Oral Surgery? 😉
Everyone from the front office staff to the nurses to Dr. Sweeney was polite, friendly, and helpful. During my consult, Dr. Sweeney was open to all of my questions and explained things at a scientific level that I appreciated with my educational background. As I was prepped for surgery, everything was explained and worked out well. My recovery has been doing well and I even received a call from the doctor that night asking how I was doing.
