When I first got there I was greeted by a very friendly staff. That was nice. The appointment was on time which I appreciate because I consider my time valuable also. Then when I got in the back with the doctor he explained his process to me which was nice and told me he would do the exam and then we would decide the treatment plan. He took his time and answered all my questions he was very friendly and professional. Kudos to him and his staff
Dr. Wallace is top tier! He's very kind and provides the best care. He and his staff... especially Ms Julie, are awesome! Ms. Julie is my preferred tech at this office as she's the most cAring, compassionate tech I've met in a long time. She's sooo calming ( anybody that knows me, KNOWS how much I hate going to the dentist). I appreciate her taking her time with me and helping me alleviate my worries when I come for care.
Dr Marshall was highly recommended as a specialist in implant placement, and I was very impressed by his knowledge and ability to explain what I needed to understand. He is also very personable and down to earth, and I would recommend him without reservation.
This office provides a relaxed and professional atmosphere. Excellent communication and very accommodating with scheduling . Thorough in the explanation of what’s needed and time frames . Also went over procedures and costs . Very satisfied. I recommend.
My experience couldn't have been better, staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. I was impressed. Dr Wallace was very professional, personable, helpful, answered all my questions as if I were his only patient. Overall, impressive.
