Dr Davidson was absolutely caring and great. Office staff is top notch. I went in and had a tooth pulled with anesthesia. I was very anxious and that’s why I had anesthesia. I’m a big baby when it comes to dental procedures. This staff made me feel comfortable. I was in and out in no time. They gave me very detailed pre op and post op instructions and my mouth is actually no longer numb. Manageable with Tylenol. Hardly any bleeding at all. I highly recommend this small office as they are more personable and it’s very very clean inside. Thank you Dr Davidson for getting this job done and keeping me comfortable.
I had put off having an impacted wisdom tooth extracted due to fear and anxiety. I finally had no choice but to have it done. Dr Davidson and the entire staff were absolutely top notch professionals. They were kind, caring, compassionate and explained everything to me. Before I knew it, I was awake and the procedure was over. It's day 2 and I've had minimal discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr Davidson and his staff to anyone needing oral surgery.
Great work. I appreciate it. What I don't appreciate is being told with the insurance I had I wouldn't cost me anything. Awesome.... months go by and I get a call saying I owe money.. Still no issue. I tell you guys my work situation and how I lost my job. Everyone is on the same page. I let some time go by. And as a human I simply forgot about the bill. They use Midwest service bureau. I get a phone call at 7:30 pm.(In bed at this time for work because i work at 4am). To which it wakes me up. I had the pleasure of speaking with the rudest woman I think I've ever met. Miss Adrian is a nightmare. Calling me names. Insulting me every chance she got. Then told me that I was refusing to male a payment. She demand that I make the whole payment right then. Like I had zero other options. Telling this to the readers to say this. Dr Davidson is awesome. Who they hire to collect a payment if you're struggling is not cool. If you don't have the money don't go here. I promise you I'll try to get as many people as I can not to go here. Let me finish with this. No 150$ is not a lot at all. But to tell me that paying you that 150 that you seem to not be able to live without is more important then my insulin and my medical needs. Yall are absolutely trash for that. Should be ashamed of yourselves.
