Very good place to go. Very nice people and I have never cried looking at how beautiful my teeth are now. I haven't smiled in years and now I can finally smile with confidence. Highly recommend. They made my 4 year old very comfortable and she didnt even cry. I absolutely love this place.
I've been going to Jefferson Dental for about 2-3 years, and I've never had an issue with waiting room times, nor my insurance. The office is family-ran; they operate a (primarily) pediatric dentistry in the Syracuse area (also Jefferson Dental). Upon walking in, you are greeted straight ahead by a plant-adorned, window-studded curved wall in a striking muted red color, with the receptionist to your left through clear glass doors. In times of high volume, you may be greeted by a smiling human receptionist behind the desk speaking to you from a small, upright robotic machine with a screen (this machine appears to be similar at first glance to a GreetingBot Nova, but its customer-facing interactions are from a human working a position in an alternate location). All in all, fantastic experiences with Jefferson Dental.
Great place! Takes new patients and gets you in fast. Super friendly, professional, and relaxing. The receptionist was a “virtual presence device” I think they’re called, like in the Big Bang Theory. Lol
My toddler and I came here today and it was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The team was SO good with my two year old and made him feel safe as it was his first time at the dentist. He’s been talking about it all day haha. Plus they cleaned my teeth and were super gentle and helped me with an issue I’ve been dealing with for a few years now. I highly recommend this dental practice!!!
The office staff have been amazing. They were able to get me in quickly. The dentists were welcoming, informative and gentle. Ive had 3 appointments and im very pleased with their work.
