Dr. Facy is the best surgeon I have ever worked with for anything. I've had 8 other major surgeries and I have never felt the same level of care and attention as I did with her. She's not only incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional, but has that one-in-a-million bedside manner you wish all medical professionals have. Her staff seems like family and cares just as much as her. I also know two other clients of hers that are just as satisfied as I am. She performed double-jaw surgery for me in March 2025, doing in 4 hours what takes most surgeons 8 hours. I wish there were more stars to give. Amazing surgeon, and great person.
Such an amazing staff from start to finish. From the receptionist to everyone who helped me during my surgery, the care was exceptional. Everyone had incredible bedside manner, and I truly appreciated how thorough, patient, and attentive they were throughout the entire process.
I had an appointment regarding my wisdom teeth and the nurses and surgeon were very open about what would "need" to be done and what I could possibly wait on. The whole team was very sweet while dealing with my two different insurance issues. On the day of my Wisdom teeth removal it was a very clean and welcoming place. I have an allergy to nitrile gloves and the team specifically remembered to use latex! I had a nurse named Geri and she was so sweet and spectacular!
My daughter’s experience here deserves 5 more stars! Dr. Facy was incredible great jokes to help calm my kiddos anxiety. (Emergency surgery, her wisdom teeth were in her sinus cavity) The bags they give to patients who are having their wisdom teeth removed w/ pertinent supplies is a Godsend. Thank you to the young lady who got the stick/IV on my daughter first time out the gate! She’s typically a hard stick! Thank you for asking her about the books she’s interested in. Lastly, I took a phone call and made a coffee while in the lobby. Then she was done. She’s home eating soup and relaxing. We are so grateful for the experience and the experience/ expediency!
Save your time & go somewhere else. The office manger is one the rudest person as well completely unprofessional & down right RUDE. I had a legitimate question regarding the way they are billing patients. They are "double billing" causing patients to pay 3xs the money they should be.
