I just saw Dr. Kava for my initial consultation. I have a couple of complex problems. As a healthcare provider myself, I’m very selective when it comes to my own providers. Dr. Kava has a very high level of expertise that is unusual in his profession. Not only is he highly experienced, but he also sought out additional training in order to take his practice to the next level. He is a very diligent dental surgeon who strives for excellence. Consider yourself lucky if you are a patient of his!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Kava. Initially, I visited for a routine filling replacement, but one of the fillings he placed cracked shortly after, resulting in the need for a $900 crown (which I will have fixed by a new dentist). To make matters worse, I felt completely dismissed and gaslit during the appointment when I was visibly upset. Dr. Kava's comment, "it's just a tooth," was incredibly insensitive and unprofessional. Additionally, he recommended that I get braces, which I absolutely do not need because I already had them as a teenager, twice. This further eroded my trust in his judgment and recommendations. Due to these experiences, I do not trust Dr. Kava and will not be returning to his practice.
Amazing dentist with an super nice staff! I had a tooth removal with a bone graft under iv sedation and was easily the most comfortable procedure. Very little pain afterwards as well. Thank you Dr.Kava!
I have had a wonderful experience at Dr Kava’s office. Dr Kava eased my mind and took great care of me when I had to have some dental work completed. I was scared to death but he reassured me and took good care of me. Allison did a wonderful job when cleaning my teeth and explained everything as she was going through the procedure. I recommend Dr Kava’s office for your dental work! All of the staff is wonderful!! 😊
From the staff, to Dr. Kava, my overall experience was great. Very professional yet personable. I needed a tooth pulled for the first time and my anxiety was high. He made this process simple, painless and cost efficient. Thank you so much Dr. Kava and staff!
