Dr. Justus is not a good man. I saw him off and on for 2 years. I put up with his rudeness because I wanted to get my Dentral work done. After 1 year we finally got my upper teeth removed and my upper dentures in place. I waited for another year for the full amount of my insurance to go in effect again. My insurance approved the work to be done on my lower teeth. I called Humana and asked had it been approved. They said yes. I then called the Dentist office and asked the recipient what was the hold up. She said she would call me back. She called back and told me Dr. Justus said he was not going to do the work because what my insurance was going to pay was not enough profit for him. I am still looking to find a Dentist to complete my dental work. The Office Personnel were great. I would not recommend anyone seeing Dr. Justus. Very unprofessional and rude.
The staff was great . I am terrified of the dentist due to some bad experiences but the doctor really surprised me I could barely feel the shots or anything else. He was gentle , took his time, and was very respectful. The women up front were very respectful and polite .
I've been going to Dr. Justus for a while now. He's wonderful and takes good care of anyone. He goes beyond to help you as much as he can. My wisdom teeth removal were pretty tough for him and me, but he did a great job. I refer him to anyone who asks me about a dentist. Thank you Dr. Justus for your awesome atmosphere at your office and your attitude. It's always a delight to see you.
Have a tooth that is fractured and needed root canal. My dentist in Columbus does not perform root canals so I decided to call Dr Justus office(since I just recently moved to Columbus and all my family is still in Meridian) and explained the pain I was in and they worked me in to get tooth fixed. Upon arrival after I drove 1 1/2 hours and paid $100 deductible I was sent to the back and then once he looked at it was told he wasn’t doing a root canal and I would need to schedule an appointment for that. When I called I explained what needed to be done. I will not go back there and sad thing is my family knows Dr Justus very well through church and was treated in this manner.
The staff is amazing. Dr Justus is an amazing man. But their front desk rep “Kelly” is the most rudest and nastiest person I’ve ran across in a very very long time. Might want to reconsider who you hire to represent your company and your name. That’s the ONLY part I dislike going to see Dr Justus’ office. I mean most people have a fear of dentist, like myself and being the first face you meet walking into their office makes the whole experience that much more uncomfortable. She just has the rudest rudest smart mouth. Treats you like you are NOBODY. You are just dirt in the bottom of her shoe. I’ll continue to see Dr. Justus and his staff but I so hate coming in contact with his front desk rep. Needs to be addressed if you ask me.
