I could not be happier with my experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had follow up phone calls about my condition. The doctor that removed my wisdom teeth was very professional and I experienced virtually no pain. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I HAD ONE TOOTH EXTRACTED...I WAS SCARED N NERVOUS...DR. WILLIAMS N HIS STAFF TOOK THAT FEAR AWAY IN SECONDS I WOKE UP FEELING GREAT N ACTUALLY LESS PAIN THAN I EXPECTED N THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!!! EVERYONE THERE MAKES YOU FEEL SECURE N SAFE AND I WOULD TELL EVERYONE TO GO THERE..I SEE NOTHING THAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT! JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO THEM FOR TAKING SUCH EXCELLENT CARE OF ME!!
I would highly recommend Dr Shane A Williams with the Southern Kentucky Oral Surgery Associates of Bowling Green, KY! He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to about the Oral Surgery procedures and everything I need to know about what to expect before, during and after my Oral Surgery! You too would be greatly satisfied with his ability!!!
My daughter said staff was very sweet, kind, and made her very comfortable. She asked me to give y'all 10 stars but since we only have 5 to work with just know she didn’t think 5 stars was enough 🥰 Thank you for keeping my babies safe (my son got his wisdom teeth removed beginning of last year). Not to mention we had the evaluation and y'all were able to get us in the very next day for surgery. We will keep coming back if needed. You guys are amazing!!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shane Williams at Southern KY Oral Surgery and his outstanding staff. Dr. Williams took the time to thoroughly explain his findings and clearly walk me through his plan of action. He made sure I fully understood what to expect during each step of my procedures, which really put me at ease. His staff was equally impressive—extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. From start to finish, I felt well cared for and respected. I highly recommend Dr. Williams and his entire team to anyone in need of oral surgery. You won’t be disappointed!
