Had oral surgery for the first time today. I like Dr.Greer he’s pretty cool , not in much pain at all. Thankful to have those out…. I did not like his assistant. She had a nasty attitude when I walked back and through out the process , even though I was just waking up I know the interaction I did have with her wasn’t warm. Very nice nasty. It doesn’t cost a thing to be a generous person. Seem like she had a bad morning.
Dr. Greer is awesome, but they really need to work on their staff. Attitudes are terrible. I called to schedule an appointment and I feel like she did not listen to a thing I said. I almost don't feel comfortable here. Dr. Greer was the only positive.
Dr. Greer is phenomenal. He did my oral surgery around 15 years ago. He removed 5 teeth, and I have never had any issues. Even directly afterwards, I had barely any discomfort. He also has a great attitude and is upfront about potential issues that can arise.
I really wanted to give Dr. Greer 5 stars being that he was able to evaluate and complete the procedures in a timely manner within network. Everyrone else is either out of network or has a waiting list to September. However, I'm not happy with the billing department. My daughter and I went in to have wisdom teeth evaluated 5/16 for extraction on 5/27. I was pre-authorized for panoramic views which were taken. My daughter had panoramic images done in 2024 from Smile Rives forwarded to Dr. Greer for review. Today I decided to check my carrier's website for EOBs, and to my disgust the staff submited a claim for my daughter when she never had imaging done at this facility. I was provided the name Christy, and I hope that this can be made right. Edit: As mentioned, my initial reaction was to give Dr. Greer a 5 - star rating. I stand by that, and have made corrections. I'm impressed with his post-op care, as my dentist that made the referral refused to see me on short notice. I have spoken with billing, and it appears that the error has been also been corrected.
One of the best in the business. If you ever need dental work Stephen Greer is the man you want to see.
