Honestly, I could not be more satisfied with the care and results I received. I was there to have two wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. Wang and his team, made sure I was taken care of and in zero pain for the duration of my procedure. Dr. Wang is without a doubt, a subject matter expert in his field and I would recommend anyone seeking services within his scope of practice to place Dr. Wang at the top of their list. Upon returning home, I had some additional questions regarding post-op care. I found it to be nearly effortless to reconnect with Dr. Wang’s team and get answers to any questions I had. This is not a practice that has automated systems or ridiculous wait times on the phone. I called, waited to see which option (number) best suited my needs, and then was speaking to a courteous staff member. Lastly, I contacted them in pain regarding my wisdom tooth on a Friday, and it was pulled that very next Monday. Obviously, that may not be something that is guaranteed but it goes to show that the Doc and their staff cared enough to find a way to get me in within a more than reasonable timeframe. I cannot understand why anyone would provide less than a perfect review. That’s my experience and recommendation.
Cynthia Giroux here. I could not be more satisfied with the skill, care and professionalism of Dr. Terry Wang and his staff at Maine Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Auburn. If a tooth extraction can be a pleasant experience, this is as close as it can get. Dr. Wang advised me of what was going to happen and what I might experience, and his technician/assistant was very thorough and knowledgeable as to post opt care. I got a follow up call several hours later to make sure I was doing well. The office staff was extremely helpful in getting me in to see him.
I love them all! Mary Beth is amazing to deal with and understands that tooth pain is no fun she is a rock star. My 9 year daughter had a tooth pulled and her anxiety was through the roof, Kitty and the other assistant were amazing in making sure my daughter understood that things would be okay and over very quickly, and that she would feel no pain at all. Once they got her hooked up and ready to proceed the most amazing doctor entered the room, Dr. Gallup. A very sweet and calming man, that assured me that things would be quick and my daughter would feel no pain. Once she was sedated, I left the room and less than 8 minutes later they came to get me, tooth was out and my precious girl was waking up. She is doing great and having no pain!!. We live over 2 hours away and we use them because they are the BEST!! The entire staff is great. Thank You! Thank You! You won't be disappointed.
Had teeth extractions. After waiting months for my appointment it was finally here. So was a 25min cut into my time. Dr. Wang came in no introduction kinda rude. Talking about being late for appt. Was not even mine next appt. left broken pieces in my sockets of 4 teeth extracted. Never recieved appt til following week he was back in. Disgusting way of treating pain I could not sleep, eat,talk. No coverage for him I asked? Be wary. Rushed my operation I feel and others of the dental and doctor profession I seen thus far. poor job! time for retirement if continues.
Terry has been my dentist for years and I've never had an issue. He's very informative of the process and procedures he will be doing. Never felt uncomfortable. I recommend :)
