I couldn’t be happier with the implants and veneers I got from Dr. Hendricks and his team. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and made the whole process as smooth as possible. I had the worst experience with Dr Hendrix. I had no issues until after my surgery. Every time I would visit they would have new staff, they would reschedule my appointments, I believe everyone's implants look the same. When my finals were put in the bottoms wouldn't even fit and the tops were not screwed in correctly. I saw a Dr in CA to fix what Dr Hendrix messed up and that Dr said he did a horrible job with my final teeth. I had to spend another $17,000 to get all new finals and when the new doctor put on the finals I saw the difference. Dr Hendrix finals compared to the new doctors finals were night and day. I feel Dr Hendrix does not know how to make proper finals no matter why he tells you. He talks a good game but I spent anther extra $17,000 believing Dr Hendrix. Don't fall for it!
What an amazing team! Never in my life would I have believed that I would have such an amazing experience at a dentist office! My procedure went unbelievably smooth. Dr Hendricks and his team are true professionals and very easy to get along with. Never once in my experience did I feel like another number that walked through the door. I feel as if real friends took me through the procedure. I am beyond thrilled with my new smile! Thank you guys so much!!
Dr Hendriks and his staff is amazing! He takes amazing care of you just like family. They go through every step of your journey to make sure you understand everything that they are doing and answer any questions that you may have to create that perfect smile, and it is life changing! I cannot thank them enough!
I have been going to Dr Hendricks for over eight years. His kind attitude and patience is amazing. My jaw rejected one of the implants three times. I was so frustrated but he was calm and got me through it. While I was on vacation in New York five years later I broke my snap-in denture right down the middle. I called them as soon as I got home and he got me right in. He went over different options with me and I decided to go with permanent implants. I had them for two years and somehow I managed to snap them in half. I was so upset and looked terrible. I called him again. They got me right in and mended it and then he made a new reinforced set. When I ask what I owed him, he gave me a hug, thanked me for coming in and said there was no charge!! He and his staff are totally amazing!! They are all super kind and he does beautiful work. I would highly recommend Dream Dental to everyone!!!!
