Greeted by front desk staff when I walked in immediately. Friendly, kind, and attentive. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Staff from previous practice greeted me also which was great. Saw my dentist also who as usual was knowledgeable kind & caring (Dr Paumier). So pleased with how the 2 practices have merged together and are working together. THE most wonderful doctors and staff. Dr. Henzel has been our family’s dentist for close to 20 years. His care, concern and professionalism are unsurpassed. Currently have to have an implant due to an accident; Craig and Maddie have tag teamed this with great skill. Can’t give enough praise. Oh, and this is coming from a dental ‘fraidy cat’.
I transfered to Dr Henzel and Smith's last year because our dentist had retired. I have had 2 cleanings by Hygenist, Emily. She was great! I had to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Henzel was extremely gentle and caring. I hadn't had novacaine in years . Dr. Henzel administered the shot like the pro he is. I went back 1/6/26 to have a small gumline spot that was damaged during previous tooth extraction. Again Dr Henzel was very gentle and fixed it in a couple of minutes.
Great parking, warm lobby. Professional receptionist. Was on time with my schedule appointment. Hygienist was over the top friendly. Dentist is fantastic, very professional. Scheduled my next cleaning while still in the chair. So easy. Ladies at the front office thanked me for coming in today. I sorta didn’t want to leave…. Ha ha Keep up the great work!! Chad K
Dr. Henzel and his entire staff are simply the best. Our family has been using them for years for all primary dental and wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else to anyone. Most recently I chipped my tooth on a Wednesday night just after they had closed and by the next morning at 9:30 they got me in and had a fully repaired. Impeccable and incredible service!
