Right from my initial appointment, I was made to feel extremely comfortable and at ease. The staff is very friendly as well as professional. They are very informative and made sure I didn’t have any questions. After my procedure, I had trouble getting my prescription. I contacted the doctor’s office and they immediately began working to resolve the situation with Blue Cross. I would highly recommend them and look forward to my next procedure going as smoothly.
Exceeded my expectations!!! ***** (Do make sure you read the whole review) Dr. Anu and Meagan treated me like an old friend from the moment I walked in. They remembered everything from my first consultation—my anxiety about dental work and that I’m due for neck surgery—and tailored the entire experience around my comfort. They explained each step clearly, checked on me throughout, and were so calm, confident, and gentle that I didn’t even realize they were finished until they were finished. No stress, no pain, no awkwardness. I’m a huge fan and already telling people: if you’re coming here, ask for Dr. Anu and Meagan. They are absolutely outstanding. A couple of opportunities to match the front of house to the five-star care in the back: -----Billing: I was told insurance is handled by mailing paperwork instead of submitting electronically, which meant I had to pay everything upfront out of pocket. That’s a significant expense and could be modernized to better support patients. ------Front office professionalism: The woman sitting behind the checkout counter in the office was speaking to someone in a way that came across as harsh, brash, and demeaning, using comments like “We are adults now, let’s remember that.” This was not said in a joking manner and, even if it had been, it still wouldn’t have been appropriate. That kind of conversation should have been handled privately, away from patients and other staff. In the moment, it felt less like coaching and more like a “fear me” display of authority. This is an area that ownership or upper management needs to address ASAP, as it can put a damper on the overall experience—if I hadn’t received such compassionate, respectful care from Dr. Anu and Meagan, this interaction alone could have changed my impression. Even with those concerns, I would return without hesitation—and I’ll continue recommending this office, especially Dr. Anu and Meagan. Their care is exceptional, and above and beyond!!! Keep up the great work ladies!!!!!!!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They took all the time I needed to understand what a mandibular OSA device is, how it works and what I could most likely expect once I get the device. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone considering a CPAP alternative.
I went for a consultation for sleep apnea appliance and found out I needed to have a tooth removed and gum surgery. I saw Dr. Pierce first Dr. Crabtree and they were both wonderful. I would definitely recommend anyone to either of them.
From start to finish, I was well informed, and the staff was very professional. I especially loved the vibe from this all female office. They were energetic and friendly. It was a great experience.
