Dr. Duhon, Ms. Elisa, Ms. Jasmine and the entire staff always go above and beyond to ensure their patients are cared for. Speaking from personal experience, I am so grateful for each of them. I visited for a series of procedures, and each time I went, I was treated like family. They went above and beyond to help me with documentation and other details and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I am truly grateful that I found this dental office. From start to finish, this was the best experience I have ever had at a dental visit. The front desk staff immediately set the tone they were pleasant, welcoming, and attentive, even offering water upon my arrival, which I appreciated. I was taken back within about ten minutes, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with an exceptional dental hygienist. She was highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process while offering helpful guidance on how I can better care for my teeth to improve my overall dental health. Beyond her professionalism, her spirit was warm, calming, and genuine, which made me feel completely at ease. Everything was perfectly prepared for the doctor’s arrival. The doctor was friendly, upbeat, and very informative. He clearly explained what was going on with my teeth and walked me through the next steps for treatment in a way that was easy to understand and reassuring. As I checked out, the young lady who scheduled my next appointment was just as kind and thorough. She made sure to ask if I needed an excuse and ensured everything was handled before I walked out the door. I left feeling thankful, well cared for, and at peace. It’s rare to find a dental office where professionalism, compassion, and positive energy come together so seamlessly. I truly feel blessed to have found this place and highly recommend it.
Very nice new office. The staff are SO friendly and attentive to any needs my daughter had to get in to see the dentist in as timely manner as possible. Dr. Duhon is knowledgeable, gave straightforward options for treatment, and was willing to listen to my daughter and answered our questions about the possible procedures. A great experience!!
My wife and kids all enjoy visiting Dr. Duhon and his amazing staff. Every visit feels welcoming they treat us like family from the moment we walk in. The team is kind, professional, and always takes great care of us. Our kids especially look forward to the treasure box surprise at the end of each visit. Dr. Duhon and his staff are professional and knowledgeable. I have a low sensitivity to pain and for the procedure I had I did not experience any pain. I am blessed to find a dentist and staff who are concerned for and care about their patients.
