Horrible experience waiting for 30 minutes in the weight room for my appointment to be at 4:30 only to get back in the clinic room at 5:00 the hygienist started with trying to polish my teeth first before I even got them clean they try to get me an x-ray before I even got started when I put on my intake form that I was pregnant I had to tell her I was pregnant so that way they didn't take the X-ray so it seems as if people don't even read the chart and then I get in the room after her starting to polish my teeth which is usually done at the very end of you getting your cleaning done to tell me oh you will be seen by the doctor something like the the dental hygienist don't clean your teeth and then you see the doctor that's usually the norm so I waited for another 30 minutes and I'm like I decided to leave because it's only usually takes an hour to get to get service cleaned at a dentist office this practice seems a little bit unusual so I wouldn't recommend
I brought my brother, who has dementia, for pain in a tooth. All the staff was friendly and could accommodate my brother with his limitations. Dr Godhani and his assistant handled him well and took care of his issues. Great experience with the back office staff, too!
