We had a really great experience at Eagle Dental in Kearney. I don’t say that lightly. I work in a science and healthcare environment, so I pay attention to how patients are treated. What stood out most was how they handled my husband’s dental anxiety. There was no weird detached energy, no subtle “why are you even nervous” . They were just calm, kind, reassuring and patient. They treated us like people, not just another appointment. They explained everything clearly, made sure he was comfortable, and created an environment that felt safe instead of cold or clinical. The kindness felt genuine. They also got us in quickly, which we really appreciated. This is what healthcare should feel like. Professional, efficient, and rooted in empathy.
Great place. So friendly! I was nervous when going to the dentist for the first time in a long time. They were very helpful, explained things clearly. There was no judgment there.
I had the best experience here, from the moment i came in at the front desk, i appreciated the professionalism and friendly atmosphere. Emily helped make the whole experience wonderful, almost forgot i came for a tooth extraction. They were very good at explaining everything to me, made me aware of all my options so that i make an informed decision which i appreciated. Dr Barger was just amazing and i had a seamless extraction. Overall experience was 10/10!!
If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further. To say Eagle dental is amazing feels like I am understating my experience there. The staff, who go above and beyond to make your visit as accommodating as possible for a busy schedule, this place far exceeds the best customer service I have ever seen. From the moment I walked in, I was met by the most wonderful staff. The technicians, to the hygienist, to the dentist, and every person in between, I was met with professionalism and kindness. I only wish Eagle Dental was in every community. If I could give more than 5 stars I would...and coming from someone that has a deep fear of dentists from a poor childhood experience, that says a lot. Choose Eagle Dental!
So far I would like to give this place a 5 star review. I needed an emergency visit for an impacted wisdom tooth that is very painful, I called 8-9 different dental businesses in Kearney on this day (6/11/24) all of them refused to help me while also being very rude to me on the phone, besides Eagle Dental! I could tell immediately it was a good choice because the receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and nice while on the phone. They made room for me/got me in the same day! I haven’t been to the dentist in years so I was nervous, but that easily went away cause the staff were very nice and easy to talk to, and also made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this business! Thank you Eagle Dental 🙂
