Been here many times. All of the staff is great, and very helpful. I see Dr. Doug, and he is incredible. Very nice, lots of knowledge and experience. He is great at his job. Very patient, and always happy to field any questions and explain things in a way that's easy to understand. He does great work, and I'm so glad I found him.
Dr. Jeremy Dockstader was kind and professional. He fitted me for a crown that fits perfectly (not too high, not too low). Went the extra mile to make it perfectly smooth. Didn’t try sell me anything I didn’t need. He’s a very good dentist. His hygienist/assistant was also excellent.
My first visit at Eagle Rock was an excellent experience! The staff was so kind. Also feels like a dentist office who has your best interest in mind, not looking to offer work that is not needed. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking!
I called in about possibly extending my antibiotics. The girl answering the phone told me that my dentist, Dr. Doug, would need to see me for a follow up. She scheduled me for the next day. Today at noon I went in. In 15 minutes, I was reassured that my abscess in a fractured tooth was infection free and all I had was inflammation. l just needed to continue my vigilance in good dental care and it would likely resolve. Dr. Doug answered a couple questions that were concerning me about an extensive dental procedure coming up soon. I was mentally relieved after understanding what to expect. Thank you Dr. Doug Barnard. You’re the best!
I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable. Everything is explained clearly, and I never feel rushed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist they can actually trust.
