I visited East AL dental group for the first time today. Everyone was so nice and efficient with getting x-rays done and they even fit me in for a cleaning, which I wasn’t expecting to be able to do today. Dr Riley was very nice and informative as well. The whole family will be coming here!
I've been seeing Dr Riley since 2022. He and his staff are absolutely wonderful. He is gentle and informative, letting me exactly what he's doing and why. Peyton is my hygienist and she's awesome. Her patience, skill, and kindness are the best I've ever had. Everyone there is friendly and full of smiles. I never thought I'd say this: I actually enjoy going to the dentist now!!
All of the staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Caleb Riley is on point with doing procedures and is always upbeat and friendly. I'm sorry I forgot the name of his dental assistant..but she is very professional and very sweet. They took great care of me. If you need a good dentist...go see them!
I had my first visit with East Alabama Dental Group this week and was very pleased with the experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The dental technician thoughtfully padded the X-ray equipment that had to go in my mouth, so aside from a brief moment of awkward positioning, there was no discomfort. The dental hygienist was very gentle during my cleaning and repeatedly checked in to make sure I was comfortable or didn’t need a break. Dr. Riley was friendly, professional, and earned my trust right away.
I can’t think of any appointments I’ve had that I can complain about. The staff is amazing and continue to treat me like I’m their best friend! 😂 There’s no other way to put it! They are SO sweet and take such good care of my husband and I. We have been patients of theirs for a very long time and don’t have any plans to leave….ever.
