I had a very positive experience with East Lyme Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Palumbo is extremely knowledgeable and does outstanding work — my tooth filling was quick, comfortable, and perfectly done. He always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and makes sure you feel completely at ease. The entire staff is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I’m so grateful to have found such a great dentist and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care!
Raving Review for Dr. Palumbo and His Team!!!! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt like I was stepping into a place where people genuinely care. The entire team made me feel completely at ease — from the front desk, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Palumbo himself. It didn’t feel like a dental office… it felt like being welcomed by family. Dr. Palumbo was incredible. He explained every option clearly, helped me understand what would be best for my situation, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. There was no upselling, no fluff, no confusion just honesty, kindness, and absolute professionalism. And let me say this: I had zero pain during my procedure. None. He is, without a doubt, one of the best dentists I have ever been to. If you’re looking for a doctor who treats you with respect, listens to you, and makes you feel completely comfortable from start to finish, I cannot recommend Dr. Palumbo enough. This is the kind of dental experience everyone hopes for.

Easy and quick to schedule initial appointment. Each staff I interacted with, from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist and the dentist, were all wonderful! Receptionist was well informed of insurance related questions and super helpful! Hygienist and dentist were both understanding and supportive of anxiety related to dental work/visits. Overall positive experience!!
