I can't say enough good things about this guy, oral surgeon Dr Larry Towning, and his amazing oral surgeon daughter, Clair. Simply the best. Needless to say, Larry and his daughter, and their entire awesome staff fixed my lingering difficult painful wisdom tooth problem without severing a nerve, and saw my difficult problem to the end; which, due to rare complications took over a year! Any other medical professional would have charged me double+. Thanks for being there for me. I will never forget this.
Would not recommend. Not going into too many personal details but they lied to me and had horrible bedside manner. I only found out when I sought out a second opinion who confirmed they were lying both about what I needed medically and about something else to get more money. Thank god I got a second opinion and had a much better experience elsewhere. I had one procedure with them then went elsewhere. He screamed at me while going under because I started to panic and struggled to breathe (my godmother was in the room and witnessed it too). I’ve never had this issue previously with anesthesia and surely screaming at me didn’t help. Horrible bedside manner and something iffy going on with billing and lying to get more money. They told me I needed 4-5 separate procedures (all with full anesthesia) to get out my WISDOM TEETH. After they took out one and I had a horrid experience I went elsewhere where their two surgeons confirmed there was no reason it couldn’t have been done in one procedure. This is just the SURFACE of the horrid experience I had here. Please go elsewhere.
I honestly don't know what experience the other reviewers had, but mine was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. The billing department was very easy to work with. No complaints at all.
Caring and excellence beyond my imagination. A pleasure to deal with such professionals.
Took a month of pain for them to see me and then say I need to pay $500 to even get the surgery done? Talk about insurance fraud.
