This was my first time visit with East Ridge Family dentist. Because I have a very severe medical condition. They were very helpful and understanding to help accommodate me. I really did enjoy the girl that clean my teeth. She was very sweet, nice and understanding and show that she cared a lot. The dentist was very professional, seem to care a lot, and was worried about my health. I really like this place and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody!
I absolutely love this dental office. Everyone is exceptionally friendly, full of knowledge, and beyond helpful in getting my dental needs taken care of. Dr.K is the first dentist who was able to completely numb me for a root canal and multiple fillings. Our entire family is seen in their office.
Our experience at East Ridge was delightful. The staff (Especially Chelsea ) was extremely thoughtful. I brought my kids to my long appointment and they were worn out but Chelsea Provided them with snacks, blankets, entertainment, water and even (with my permission) held my little fussy one until my appointment was over. Every time we come, we leave Better than when we arrived. Chelsea has been so thoughtful, Sydney is very skillful and kind and (there’s a sweet dental hygienist who loves plants) she is always smiling and welcoming to my children. Dr K is always making sure we are comfortable and cared for. We feel like we are a part of a family at East Ridge. East Ridge Family Dentistry deserves 5 stars. We are pleased with their Management. I usually don’t have good experiences with dentists and my teeth are not in very good health. Let’s be real, dental work isn’t cheap (with insurance) but the staff was extremely helpful in finding solutions to get my teeth fixed asap. Dr. Kole recently did work on my 2 kids and myself. He is great with children, I was impressed. I was more nervous than them when I got a crown done but he handled it with kindness and patience. My tooth feels and looks amazing! I highly recommend this office. The whole staff is wonderful!
Staff was Very pleasant when I checked in. The dental hygienist ( Joy ) was great. Never rushed through process. This was my first time here and would Strongly recommend them. Can't wait for my next cleaning appointment .
