My son has been here twice for Teeth Extractions. Before we left the last time, he said, "Mom, we need to leave them a review." He is super impressed with how nice his nurse was! Thank yall for always being so kind, and taking care of business:) Great work always!
My niece had to have her wisdom teeth removed. The day of surgery on her way back, they tell my wife who brought her in that they may not be able to remove the top wisdom teeth because they are too high up in her gums. Nothing was mentioned about this beforehand at the previous appointment. Once they take her back, my wife needed to run to the store basically right beside the building in the same parking lot only to be told she can't leave the premises. Absolutely ridiculous!

The care my son received during his wisdom teeth removal was great. The procedure went smooth and he is healing fine. The office staff was so very kind and accommodating. We appreciated them very much. What wasn’t great though was the 2 hours we had to wait past his appointment time because the Dr didn’t arrive until 10:00 am. There were surgeries scheduled for 7:45-8:00. I know things happen that are out of our control but when you have surgery patients who haven’t eaten for 8 hours and who are anxious it’s crucial you have a backup plan for things like a “power outage”.
Very professional and wonderful staff! They called the next day to check up on me and made sure to let me know they are there for me if I needed anything!
