Dr. Segraves and his entire team were absolutely wonderful! My 16-year-old twins recently had all four wisdom teeth extracted. As a mom whose kids had never had surgery before, my anxiety was high—but from the moment we walked in, we were met with compassion, professionalism, and exceptional care. Every single person we encountered was kind and attentive. Even a small moment stood out to me—when I accidentally left my cup at the checkout counter, the receptionist thoughtfully brought it to me instead of calling down the hall or leaving me to realize it later. That level of consideration says so much! The recovery room staff were incredibly patient and reassuring. As a nervous mom unsure of what was normal coming out of anesthesia, I likely asked a hundred questions. They never made me feel silly or rushed and stayed right there to support us. What impressed me most was the after-hours care. One of my sons continued vomiting later that evening. I called the office around 7:00 pm expecting to leave a message, but instead I was directly connected to Dr. Segraves. He personally took my call and called in a prescription for us. That level of accessibility and dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. We are so grateful for the outstanding care and highly recommend Dr. Segraves and his team to anyone needing oral surgery.
My son had a procedure here today and I just want to say Thank you! From checking in to checking out everyone was great! Dr. Ray explained everything great and the after care nurse Sunny(hope that’s right) and younger lady with her was great! Sunny thank you for being patient and so kind to my son 🙏🏼 and saying positive things to him
Dr. Mumma is the very best. Today he extracted 1 tooth. I absolutely LOVED the consultation before the extraction. He explained the total procedure to me and His confidence in his skills was very evident. He exuded so much confidence which made me feel totally and completely comfortable and relaxed before the procedure. Thank you very much Dr Mumma for taking such good care of me today. A BIG SHOUTOUT to your Entire team from the receptionist to the Finance leader to the technicians in the operating room. YOU HAVE A GREAT TEAM !!!.
My girl was scared to go under anesthesia for the first time but they did what they could to help minimize that and I felt like they gave very good recovery care. All my children seem to have a hard time coming out of anesthesia, they are not a fan, they don’t like the way it feels, And it makes some real emotional. They saw my youngest who is 16 at the time and I felt like they took good care of her. The meeting before and after surgery had very good and clear instruction and time for asking questions. The procedure was very fast but not in a bad way. My experience and my daughters was fantastic I would recommend.
This whole experience has renewed my faith in the Medical industry. All the way through (Not finished yet) every single person has treated my situation properly, respectfully, efficiently and once the Dr. Personally on a Sunday evening. I needed a boost of antibiotics for scheduled extraction on following Thursday. When a full surgical extraction (28 teeth, impacted wisdom and very long and bent roots on others) without any "collateral" damage to bone structure and especially nerves is warrented, it reflects the skills and knowledge of all involved. Dr. Heath Evans and All ⚕️ staff just simply showed out. Ain't done yet. Post Op was treated the same way. Hat's off to All involved. It shows. Thank you, Matthew P. White.
