Absolutely love this dentist office! I have the biggest fear of dental offices and this one has changed me completely and I now look forward to going and seeing everyone in the office. The front ladies, Marsha and Ashley are so sweet and helpful! The dentist, Dr Kvilhaug is one of my favorite people on the planet. I cannot recommend this office enough. If you have a fear of the dentist as I did you need to pay them a visit!!!
I absolutely love this practice. They are awesome. They work well with my daughter which is 7. I haven’t seen a dentist in over 20 years then I told myself I needed to go and I found Eastern Shore Smile Solutions and I will keep them. I have a fear of dentist due to history with other ones. But I love love love them. If you need to see the dentist check them out. By the way they are an 1 1/2 away from my house. Trust me they are worth it
Dr. Chan made me so comfortable with my extraction. Believe me I’ve had a tooth extraction elsewhere and you don’t regularly find this quality care.She really ensured that she was gentle and it seemed not rushed. I didn’t even feel the injection she gave me. It’s great to receive care from a person who seemingly adds a caring touch in her practice. Highly recommend her as a dentist.
Had to cancel my appointment to go to the Emergency Room after fainting and chipping my tooth. When calling to reschedule, the receptionist was fully robotic and did not seem to understand that it was a dental emergency. Her response was, “Well, you haven't been here in a year.” Would highly advise you to choose a different dental office that treats you with common decency, dignity, and empathy.
An excellent experience to say the least! Unfortunately I had a horrifying experience a long time ago with a military dentist and I had a huge fear of going to the dentist and I must say, Smile Solutions do an outstanding job with helping me overcome my concerns. They have wonderful techniques in doing dental work that are very comfortable and reassuring. I am very thankful for what they do their customers. I am most definitely using them again.
