I always have such a great experience at this dentist office. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. They take away my nerves right away just by walking in the door, which means a lot because dental visits can be stressful. Megan is wonderful — she has such a great smile and a calming presence that makes you feel comfortable and at home. She takes the time to make sure you feel cared for and at ease during your visit. Dr. Scott is always so kind also. It’s truly a pleasure for me and my family to come here. We’re happy to support a local business that we genuinely believe in. Just wanted to send some love and say thank you to the whole team for the great care!
I am so happy that I found Echo Ridge Dental Clinic. I first went there to have a crown put on one of my teeth, and most recently to have a tooth extracted, a bone graft, and an implant. I was anxious, especially about the bone graft and the implant, but quickly discovered I had nothing to fear. Under the expert care of Dr. Ray Schneider, and Anna who assisted him, everything went quickly and smoothly. What impresses me most about everyone at Echo Ridge Dental Clinic is their professionalism and friendliness. They are experts at what they do, but they also go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home, and to relieve you of any anxiety or concerns you may have. I'm very grateful that someone recommended Echo Ridge to me and very happy that I followed their advice! I highly recommend them!
Everyone in the dental clinic are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My X-ray and teeth cleaning was the best I've had in 4 years (this was my first visit to Echo Ridge). Meg is professional and thorough and personable explaining things as she performs the exam, etc. Dr. Andrew is down to earth and proficient in his examination and takes time to discuss the state of dental health. My husband has been going to Echo for over 30 years; I'm so happy I am going there now. This was truly a great experience in my routine dental care.
The competence and professional approach to every visit at Echo Ridge Dental always leaves me feeling so thankful I found them. 10 years ago I was searching for implant that was smaller than the average. After multiple dental offices said they didn't have anything that would fit I tried Echo Ridge. Doctor Schneider simply said " thats no problem, I make my own. When would you like to schedule it?" Since that day I've had more work done than anyone could imagine. They are always timely, pleasant, and professional with everything from spot on diagnosis thru cleaning. Its so refreshing to find a company that is truly interested in helping people have better and fulfilling lives. My whole family goes here. They care and are simply the best you could ever find in the dental field.
I am so grateful I was referred to Echo Ridge Dental for my special needs daughter Jessica's crowns. The staff from the from desk to the dental assistants and Dr. Andrew Scott all showed her such patience, kindness and care to complete the procedures. Thank you!
