I had the worst experience with Dr. Munoz. I needed a crown replaced. I removed it myself, she replaced it with a temporary aluminum one and damaged another tooth that was fine. I paid for services and took my replacement, I'm going to another more qualified dentist to install new crown. I don't want her to touch my teeth.
Very professional staff and excellent customer service. Dr. Munoz explains procedures clearly and answers any questions or concerns. Have had many procedures done here and return knowing my needs are handled with great care and precision. The office and patient rooms are impressive and the waiting area is very comfortable.
Have been a patient for many years. Front desk staff is always friendly, helpful and courteous. The waiting area is pretty comfy, which is one of the things I like. Dental assistants are friendly, and make you feel at ease when performing routine dental work. Dr. Munoz, what can I say, I completely trust her with my teeth. I have accepted all her medical advice and suggestions for dental work, and my teeth are healthy because of it.
It had been a while since I’d been to the dentist. I was a bit nervous, but the dental hygienist and dentist were fabulous! They did a great job with the teeth cleaning. The staff was very helpful and made my visit pleasant. I could tell the office was clean and well taken care of. I will be returning with my family. I highly recommend this office if your looking for a quality dentist.
Dr. Munoz’s dentist office is top-notch! From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, you encounter kind, friendly faces. Not only is the environment and staff inviting, but they are efficient too. I’ve been a patient for many years, my visits are usually about an hour long. I trust Dr. Munoz and her staff completely.
