The office staff are always so nice. Dr. Nikoles takes the time to explain any work or issues you're facing. She's fantastic at what she does! I'd definitely recommend her for any dental work that you might need.

Dr. Nikoles and her staff were absolutely incredible. I've never seen a doctor's office treat you the way they do. They do everything to make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. They all are so so kind. If I could give them a million stars I would. You will never regret coming to a dental office like this. Dr Nikoles you are one in a million!

My experience with the dentist and the hygienist was excellent. Everyone at front desk made you feel right at home. I have never been to a dentist who gives you a gift. They have great snacks and drinks too. I will recommend my friends and family to your practice. Thank you for my care.

It truly saddens me to write this review, as I have nothing but positive things to say about the professionalism, warmth, and skill of Dr. Eleisha J. Nickoles and her team. The staff, hygienists, and Dr. Nickoles herself are top-notch. The office is immaculately clean, organized, and thorough, and you can tell they genuinely care about providing a comfortable experience. However, one significant issue affected my experience, and that’s the insurance and billing transparency. Although Dr. Nickoles' office accepted our family dental insurance, I was not informed upfront that she was actually out of network. This came as an unfortunate surprise, especially as new patients rely on clear communication regarding network status for budgeting their dental care. Additionally, the office requires payment upfront for services rendered, with the promise of credits being issued if there is any overpayment after insurance processes the claim. While this practice might work for some, my estimates turned out to be double or even close to triple what I expected, resulting in an out-of-pocket cost of $412 for a standard cleaning, preventive fluoride, pre-cancer screening light, and mouthwash. Not all of these charges were covered or itemized on the insurance EOB, which added to the confusion and frustration. **EDIT** I was made aware of certain "out of pocket expenses" but not TRIPLE the estimate. Total services billed were $547 With this said- I will need to explore all resources within "The No Surprise Act (NSA)" as I was not informed that my insurance was "Out of Network" at any time. This federal law mandates that healthcare providers, including dentists, must inform patients if they are out-of-network before providing treatment, preventing "surprise" bills. My suggestion to Dr. Nickoles and her office staff would be to prioritize informing patients about network status when their insurance information is first shared. This small but crucial step would greatly help patients avoid unexpected costs and maintain trust. I have a high regard for the quality of care at this office, but I wish I had been better prepared for the expenses.
