Subject/Title: Unethical billing and denial of records Rating: ⭐ (1 star) Review: This office attempted to bill me $1,560 for deep cleaning without any proper diagnosis — no gum measurements, no periodontal charting, only X‑rays. When I requested my X‑rays to seek a second opinion, they refused to release them unless I paid $100, even though they had waived the fee and never billed me for them. The hygienist never examined me, only the dentist briefly looked. This feels deceptive and unethical. Patients deserve transparency, evidence, and access to their own records. My reply to their reply: I need to correct several false claims in the owner’s reply: – I made no inappropriate comments or behavior toward staff. No such video exists because nothing of the sort happened. – No courtesy discount was given. The handwritten treatment plan I posted shows $780 for deep cleaning, and when I called about the X-rays, I was told $1,560 for the full mouth. – My review is based on these facts. Readers can see the documentation I posted and judge for themselves. I stand by my original feedback.
Very nice and helpful, office staff. They explained everything for my dental needs thoroughly, Dr Lee is straight to the point, which I appreciate! I only gave 4 stars because the wait to speak with the dentist was over an hour.
Just left from my appointment here. Sam was the one who helped me through the process. I drove in from out of town because I just felt confident talking with her about everything. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. All of the staff today were great and inviting. I always feel uncomfortable going into dental offices but I did not feel like this today. Thanks to everyone and I hope I will be seeing yall again soon! 💗
Dr. Le and his staff were WONDERFUL!!! He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. I am looking forward to my treatment and obtaining a beautiful smile.
I have had and continue to have an excellent experience with Dr. Le & the staff at Elite Dentistry. I had a bit of a emergency before traveling within the next 48 hours and they were able to swiftly see me and schedule an appointment before I left. After a few visits the staff will seem like friends you’ve known for a while. Excellent work & excellent atmosphere. Consider making Dr. Le your dentist if you’re new to the Austin area.
