This place is amazing. Doctors and staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I cannot thank them enough for the care I received at their clinic from the initial visit to the day of the surgery. I had a terrible infection with an implant. Dr. Gonzalez and Chelsea were awesome. They took care of the issue. I went home feeling safe and at peace. It really was a smooth and great experience for what I am so very grateful! I highly recommend them!
Great Experience! Dr. Bachoura and Chilsea made the process as seamless as possible from the first consult to the procedures done for my father today. They are friendly and take the time to listen. Dr. Bachoura provides options with an explanation on each one, while giving you the opportunity to consider what's best. Chilsea, his assistant, takes her time and makes an effort to help you feel comfortable before and after the procedure. Also appreciated that Carolina took the time to help us understand the insurance and billing. You're in good hands at this office.
I had 3 wisdom teeth removed and I must confess that I surprisingly had such an amazing experience! Dr. Michael is truly an experienced kindhearted professional - and he and his staff certainly know how to handle their patients with the utmost care. The overall treatment you're provided with is top notch! Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a dental surgeon.
Dr. Bachoura has treated both me and my daughter, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is not only exceptional at what he does, but he also genuinely cares about his patients. His bedside manner is outstanding, and his entire staff makes you feel comfortable and supported from the moment you walk in. They truly ease any nerves or anxiety and make what could be a stressful experience feel manageable. Five stars from start to finish. Chilsea took Great care of us today after another successful surgery! We having been seeing Dr Michaels for 9 years for my daughters teeth issues. After finally reaching the age of 20 we are in the middle of replacing her front 2 teeth. Elite Oral has been Very accommodating, patient, treat us like family with this super delicate process. As a teen to young adult, my daughter’s front teeth make a big impact!!!
