Unfortunately did not have the best customer here... I had called in and spoke to a "nalani" she should not be the first point of contact in my opinion I understand if you aren't having a great day but her customer service sucks, she very condescending acting like i did not even know my own name, I will not be going to this place after this experience
All the ladies in there are great except the lady at the front desk. She sits at the computer on the right. Older lady that wears glasses. Every single time I go in there whether it’s for an appointment or to pick up my Invisalign tray she never ever acknowledges me. She has no customer service skills or people skills. She tends to her computer screen and that is it. I simply had to pick up my trays and finally she looks up and I tell her the reason I was there. Instead of her simply telling the lady in the office right behind her she made me wait. As I was standing there waiting another lovely lady helped me and told the other woman in the office I was there to pick up my trays. Who was also very pleasant and wonderful. The older lady at the front all she had to do was get up take two steps to the office and let the woman know I was there to pick up. But she decided to tend to her computer.
Horrible phone receptionist! Was very curt. Too busy to serve phone customers. Was trying to determine where to setup a new dental service in Kona. She did not even ask what kind of coverage or try to be of any help. When I told her the coverage was HDS Premier she immediately said that to start a new service they MUST do all x-rays, etc. at their office - no data can be transferred from another dental service. She did not explain why. But it felt like a way to get more insurance dollars...!
Everyone from the front desk ladies to the nurses to the doctor were so friendly and family oriented. They all made me and my daughter feel so comfortable from the time my daughter’s appointment started to the end. They were all so welcoming, made sure we communicated within the circle(front desk clerk, nurse and our doctor) they all communicated with each other about my daughters problems. It was so nice seeing everyone be real with each other. Awesome office crew. I want to switch all my children over to elite smiles now.
Very personable and accommodating staff! Dr.Lin was great in helping me understand what was necessary to clear up the spaces in my top teeth along with the office manager. I figure it out myself a while ago.It was the first time a dentist communicate that to me. Blessings
