I look forward to coming in for my cleaning every time! Everyone is super easy to talk to and I can be calm, because I trust that I'm in good hands. I especially love my conversations with Jodi because we have fun whether I'm bouncing dental questions off her or talking about the latest in our lives. I get re-assurance that I'm doing what's right for my teeth. And each time, I'm confirmed in my thought that they really want what's best for us and are not here for the money. I couldn't recommend Elite Smiles enough, even my little sister who has had problems with dental places in the past, has made so much progress by coming here!!
This is the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. Dr Ravin and his staff are professionals who care and listen to you and understand your needs. They take into account your dental, financial and well being needs. They have the ability and equipment to diagnose and explain the latest methods for treatment. Their attention to my situation has given me piece of mind to move forward in my treatment knowing that I am getting the best care and have a plan to achieve great results. Highly recommend.
There truly aren’t enough stars to give. This dental office is home to some of the most compassionate, patient, and caring professionals I’ve ever met. They took incredible care of my mother, who has dementia, treating her with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness every step of the way. They quickly focused on her tooth pain and came up with a no-nonsense plan to take care it. From the moment we checked in at the front desk to the moment we scheduled our follow-up, every single person made us feel comfortable, supported, and fully informed. Their patience, empathy, and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful visit into an easy and enjoyable visit. I’m deeply grateful for the way they cared for my mom. Highly, highly recommended. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.
The entire ‘staff’ at EIite Smiles Dental are 5 STAR FABULOUS!! Very welcoming, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, leaving you with all you need to know - with a smile. This was my first visit at Elite Smiles for a dental cleaning, and I had an amazing experience. Kristi was very helpful and answered any questions regarding paperwork. Michelle, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, was very kind and friendly. I’ve always been anxious during dental appointments, so I truly appreciated how she walked me through the X-rays and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Ravin was also very kind and we even connected over similar interests like squash and tennis. Overall, my visit at Elite Smiles was phenomenal, and I look forward to my next appointment!
