Had a lower left molar extracted this morning, and I can’t say enough good things about Sam, Heather, and Dr. Jones — they took amazing care of me from start to finish. I walked in feeling nervous and really questioning my decision not to pay extra to be put to sleep, but Sam and Heather immediately put me at ease, answering all my questions and calming my anxiety right away. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Jones was incredibly down-to-earth and professional — before I knew it, the tooth was out and we were done! I genuinely thought he was just getting started. There is absolutely no need to pay extra to be put to sleep — the process was quick, painless, and over before I even had time to worry. Honestly, it should be a crime to be that good at what you do! I will never go anywhere else when the need arises. If you're on the fence, don’t hesitate — take it from me, a chronic overthinker: this team is exceptional. I’d recommend them a hundred times over.
I got my wisdom teeth out here and honestly I was terrified but Dr jones did an amazing job not only with my surgery but with making me feel calm about getting them out him and Sam calmed my anxiety answered any questions I had and made me feel so much better about it. Honestly if I ever had to get them removed again this is the only place I would go to. This place is more like a family than just a Business. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Thank you guys!
Dr. Way and his assistant were amazing. They got me through the process amazingly. Helped me through my anxiety. We're very nice. He even sang to me over a joke that was made. I have never had such an amazing experience with a dentist like Dr Way. His assistant God bless her soul I cant remember her name to save my life was awesome. She gassed me right up to relax me and helped me with all the nervousness. She was so nice. Would definitely recommend. Didn't even hardly feel the numbing process or the tooth being removed.
First of all - I had 2 teeth removed this morning, it’s currently 7:30pm and I feel no pain. The office ladies are lovely, they’re all so sweet and helpful. They were all talking me down from my anxiety. Now Dr. Way himself….INCREDIBLE. He explained everything so well, made sure I was comfortable. By far the most painless IV I ever received, coming from someone who is super afraid of needles. And yes, the rumors are true, he does sing to you lol. He is so funny and kind! If you need any dental work, GO HERE.
Got my wisdom tooth extracted under 10 minutes without pain. 10/10. PS. Pregnant woman here, its safe with local anesthesia but don’t forget to ask your OBGYN. 😁
