Similar to pretty much every kind of medical care in Jackson, if you're uninsured, they give the most basic level of care, time, and effort.
My routine cleaning went great. The hygienist I was scheduled with was sick that day but they arranged another appointment for 2 hours later the same day. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was awesome- very thorough and really efficient. The front desk is amazing with billing and insurance. Thanks Elkridge!
Nathan Tanner agreed to take me right off the plane from Chicago. I did not have an appointment. He and his staff were exceptional. He build a new temporary crown replacement vs just cementing in the current temporary crown. The new crown he created lasted two weeks until my dentist could put in the permanent crown. I was able to enjoy my vacation in Grand Teton NP as well as my family golf outing in Wisconsin. Dr Tanner made a big difference!
I appreciate Dr. Hillam and Jacki. My appointment experience was well and good except that I was uncomfortable with the situation created pressure from the receptionist to have to decide on the spot if I wanted the IN-HOUSE DENTAL MEMBERSHIP or did not want it. I was told that I must make this decision at the time of payment. This policy gave me no "head's up" of the offering so I might have discussed it with my husband or other consideration personal to me.
Dr Tanner and staff are amazing! Dr Tanner is the best dentist I have seen over my 60 some years of life. His work is top notch and he does it so fast, minimizing the time that the patient has to spend in the chair. He is empathic and caring and fun and funny! His staff match him, perfectly. Thank you all at Elkridge Dental from the ladies at the front desk, behind the scenes in accounting and administration, to the hygienists and techs and Dr Tanner. All are five star!
