I have been going to Dr Eller for years. After bad experiences elsewhere, I trusted Dr. Eller. I've always loved all the staff. Dr. Eller, was MY dentist. And then he retired. Lucky for me I hadn't needed a dentist since. Just went to Betsy (another fav) for routine cleaning. And, then it happened..serious..the removal of what was left of a tooth after losing the crown. After, high anxiety & prayer & considering an OS, I kept the appointment with Dr Adkins. She is amazing. Took that tooth out with ease. She is a fantastic dentist & person. I am so happy to say. DR Adkins is MY dentist.
They have a very clean facility. Helped me with my anxiety. They talked me through the whole thing and the whole experience was overall really great! Would recommend going if you have dental anxiety
Loved it at first, but it's expensive. Had a root canal done, but the cap was never placed over it. Been about six months, scheduled an appointment. Had to cancel due to the fact I can't afford 702$ upfront for a perm cap. Won't take payments, it makes it hard for a lot of people who have a certain amount of income. With the cost of everything rising, it's already hard enough. Besides that I've never had an issue with them, My insurance already used up due to other work that was done, and will have to wait until the following year. I personally can't afford the prices out of pocket without a payment plan. The staff was nice though, Adkins was polite & sweet, and she was prob the best dentist I've had or seen so far. Zero complaints with her. Sadly, I'll have to find a place I can afford though, as well as a second dental insurance.
I had a fantastic experience with Jennifer B! She is an exceptional dental hygienist—thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. My teeth have never felt better! Her professionalism and friendly attitude make every visit a pleasant one. I highly recommend Jennifer B to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
Wonderful Staff! I can't recommend this office enough. This is coming from someone who has had a fear of dentists since before the age of 5 and had an awful experience at another office just this morning. Mary was warm and welcoming on the phone as i told her about what i had experienced. She got me in within an hour to see Sarah, who is an amazing and reassuring hygienist. Absolutely everyone else I spoke to or came into contact with was super nice! I'm new to the area, I'm pleased to say I've found the dental office I and my son will be going to for years to come. Thank you, Eller & Opimo DDS!!!
