EMA Dental provided exceptional service and truly world-class care! From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. My individual dental plan of care was developed in a very thoughtful and thorough way, and the team’s expertise was incredibly impressive and more importantly reassuring. The intake process was smooth and efficient, and the follow-up appointment scheduling was just easy, which made the entire experience stress free. They genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and pain free making me feel confident in my care! I recently underwent dental treatment @ EMA dental with Dr Mariano, and I can confidently say he is one of the finest prosthodontist in the country. Hi s clinical skill is exceptional, his work is precise and his bedside manner is truly outstanding. He combines expertise with kindness in a way that immediately put you at ease. I would not consider seeing any other dentist and I sincerely hope he never retires.
I had the occasion to be seen at EMA Dental after it came highly recommended by a family friend. Dr. Raffi Kazanjian and his assistant took phenomenal care of me. Dr. Kazanjian was very personable, professional, and demonstrated a mastery of his field. His assistant was very caring and patient, responding to any questions I had while she gathered X-Rays and images necessary for the doctor to render his opinion. I felt very comfortable that Dr. Kazanjian addressed my concerns and did not make any frivolous recommendations or diagnoses. As a result, I have requested that my future treatments and examinations be done by Dr. Kazanjian and his wonderful assistant as they make a great team.
I’ve been going there for years. The girls there are always super friendly and professional. They all do a great job. They make even the tough dental jobs painless and quick. 5 Stars for EMA Dental!
EMA Dental has the worst billing department I’ve ever dealt with. They charged me cash at the time of my visit even though they had my insurance information on file. When I later contacted my insurance company to sort things out, I found out that EMA Dental had already billed them as well. In other words, I was charged out of pocket while my insurance was also billed for the same visit. This kind of double billing is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating to deal with. Not everyone has 600 extra dollars I would strongly recommend that others stay away and be extremely cautious. Make sure you double-check every charge before paying anything upfront.
