I was the last patient on a very busy and short-staffed day, but I left my 6-month cleaning in tears. I have inflamed gums due to an autoimmune condition and I have never had someone cause that level of bleeding and trauma to my gums. I understand they were in a rush and ready to go home, but the assistant does not know how to properly polish teeth and randomly swiped across my teeth instead of carefully polishing each one. She also does not know how to use a threader (necessary for flossing, as I have permanent retainers). At my last visit, I had to thread the floss for her and instead of properly flossing, she just pulled it through and called it a day. There is also a severe language barrier which normally is not a problem, but when I’m saying “stop, you’re stabbing me with the threader” and she cannot provide adequate healthcare, it’s an issue. Then, the dentist prefers to do his own cleanings instead of having a hygienist. This would be fine if he wasn’t it a complete rush and causing severe trauma to my gums. I returned to this office three times for cleanings because they have convenient appointment times and accept my insurance, but I will not be returning again. On top of all of that, I have a petty grievance- they were playing really bad music at a very loud volume the entire time I waited 45 minutes in the lobby, so by the time I even made it to the chair, I was already in an awful mood, which is saying a lot for the dentist.

Dr. Judith was very kind and sincere. She was easy to talk to and the whole staff was very friendly!

I had my teeth cleaned here 2 years ago!!! I had the pleasure of the female dentist. She is excellent. I miss them so. It’s a good vibe I was very comfortable and my work was always timely and smooth between the assistants and the hygienist to the Doctors. I wish this office great success and many more happy patients.
