I’ve been going to Engel Institute since they first opened and they always take care of me. Every single person. Dr. Habashi has done a lot of my major dental needs and I love the shape of my new crown. Everyone is very nice, professional, and helpful. Tamillia was awesome! I love her personality she listened to my concerns and answered each question. She showed me the correct way to floss while having me hold the mirror in detail which I really loved because I’ve never had anyone show me in depth like she did. Ask for her when getting your teeth cleaned lol! If you’re looking for a great place to take care of your dental health don’t hesitate to come here. I love it! 🩷
This place is 5*+. The staff is welcoming, polite, and smile. Immediately you can tell they enjoy there jobs/carees. That starts at the top, Dr. Engel is amazing, friendly, geniune, caring, and his focus is on the patient, not the almighty dollar. I would and will recommend his practice to anyone I know. Meanwhile, I hate the dentist, but this whole experience has changed my mind. To have someone care more about my mouth than what kind of insurance I have has left me with a much different feeling. Not many people look forward to having multiple extractions, but I did. Knowing I walked out with my mouth in a much better situation, and did not have to flip my couch over looking for spare change. I have been coming to see Dr Engel for a long time..my first denture, bottom was done 15 years ago. And from the beginning, I have always felt like family..he is the best..very knowledgeable and thorough. I fly in from NH just to have him do my implants both top and bottoms for the last 2 years and I get so excited to come see him..he let's you know from the start what he can do for you and when the procedures start he makes sure to treat you like the most important person in the room. Candice the office manager makes sure to keep up with me on any concerns I have, scheduling and just to send a message to see if Ihave any questions..Emily is the tech I see who does my scans to make sure I am healing good and even comes in on her day off because I fly in from NH to NC and usually only have Fridays that I can be seen..the whole process is very smooth and very professional..and the cost for my beautiful smile is a third of what it would cost me any where else in the world..so worth it to have peace of mine knowing I am in good hands..and the many dentist I have met in my journey has been amazing..they come in from many different states and are all egar to learn dental implants procedures from the best teacher around..and his team of professional people. If I could give better than 5 stars I would..thanks for all the hard work you all do and Engel Institute..
This dental institute is absolutely amazing. From the staff, doctors, and doctors that are mentoring are very professional. I will forever use them for my dental procedures and recommend them to my entire family and friends. I want to do a very special thank you to my team Dr. Epps and my wonderful Michigan doctors they are fantastic and very kind. I also want to send a very special Candice and Dr. Habashi for making my consultation very warm welcoming. This institution is one of the best.
